![]() San Rafael just successfully concluded its latest installment to its yearly Angel Festival yesterday morning. Although it was raining hard at the start of the event, it didn't dampen the spirits of the youngsters who danced and cheered with their hearts on their sleeves. I was hoping I would do justice to the kid's efforts through my photos, but alas, I discovered that event/street photography is a whole lot different to what I'm accustomed with. Bawi nalang sa 10th =) Click on the link for photos

![]() CCB yesterday held its first open fashion/glamour shoot open to all the members of its Facebook Fanpage at Villa Katrina Subdivision. It was a day filled with camaraderie and making new friends. Cheers to many more open shoots from CCB =) ayos! *for some reason my photos came out soft =( not one of my better shoots. Click on the names to view albums: Laleigh Ico Micah Fernando Shayne Dinong ![]() This is beginning to be a habit =D A few weeks removed from watching the mutya, I am at it again in yet another pageant. But who's complaining? It is great venue for shooting beautiful photographs, great lighting (although it could have been better) and stunning faces make for great photos =) Cheers to our friends Denisse Toribio and Mark Lopez for winning the Titles of Lakambini and Lakan respectively! Magaling! =) Ayos! =) Click on the link for photos I know it sounds feminine, or even gay (not that there's anything bad about it =D) but I really really enjoy watching musicals.
This year has been a pretty good year for the Philippine Musical Scene. Whereas before you have to go to New York City or to London to watch quality musicals, more and more adaptations are being produced here in our shores (props to production outfits such as Atlantis and 9works). My favorite musical Rent enjoyed another run last February, Legally Blonde was shown last June, Cats last month (which I have to say was booooring) and the surprisingly Fun and refreshingly wonderful Xanadu just last night. I wouldn't go about a detailed review of this musical's here (although that might be a good subject to write on) but I can't help but share my enthusiasm. The Wedding Singer will be starting its run next month and I'm really excited to watch that one with ninang and my family. (@jesy - wicked and phantom in two months right? =)) Ayos!!! =) A photo a day... simple enough huh? But it is not as simple and as easy at it sounds... We eventually run out of interesting subjects to shoot , candid moments to capture. I've wanted to try it since last year but I guess I didn't have the proper venue to post my crappy photos at. Hence, a worthwhile use for my "site".
So starting today, (Sept 1st, 2010) I will try my very best to post at least a photo a day, or whenever my access to the internet permits =). It would consist of stuff and moments I see everyday. (mostly office, fieldwork and quality time with my ninang (mara) later in the day). I hope that this Photo Blog would eventually force me out of my daily routine, in search of interesting photos and great experiences to share with you, my unfortunate audience (friends and family who I've probably forced into following my photo blog) hehe... sorry but I'll probably force you to "click on the link" every now and then =D Ayos! =) |
